(2) The Falcon Porphyry Cu/Mo targets.

The Heath-Merge copper target is permitted for drilling in 2024. It presents an exciting new mineralisation model to test - Porphyry Copper mineralisation in association with an Appinite intrusive suite.

The Falcon Porphyry Cu/Mo target was last drilled in 2008 with very promising copper results overlooked because of interest in molybdenum at that time.

The above permit covering the Heath Merge target was granted on the 13th of July, 2022 and expires on the 1st of November, 2024.

An extension to this permit to include Falcon and other targets has been granted to 2029, subject to payment of an additional reclamation bond.

The property is reached by the same all-season road used to access Northwest Copper's Kwanika project.
